Alright, what's going on? This is Matt and in this training, I'm going to be breaking down how to create branding for growth. So here's what we're going to cover. We're going to break down the elements that are required to build creative that converts on your different channels, including Facebook and LinkedIn. So here are the elements of creative that converts across your different channels. So first of all,
you need to have a personality. Okay, so you need to be able to appeal to your market in a unique and memorable way. And the way that you do this is through, you know, using market language, speaking, you know, the using phrases and terms that resonate with your market, as well as graphics and visuals, right? So that combination is a great way to, again, appeal to your
market in a unique and memorable way. Next is credibility. So you need to make sure that you're positioned as the expert in your market's desired transformation. And the way that you do that is you leverage your previous results and your case studies and you're very clear about you help your clients go from their current state to their desired state. And you reinforce that credibility by speaking about
those transformations in that way. Next is capture. So you need to have a very clear and specific call to action for prospects to learn more, opt in and ultimately schedule a strategy session, you know, some of the biggest mistakes that we see agencies make is they're just all over the place. And they do not have a very clear call to action, a very clear method of capturing
their prospects attention. Okay. So that said, you know, it's, it's really important that your personality, your credibility and your capture are clear, compelling and relevant on each channel. Okay. And we want to optimize these elements no more than once per month. And we want to optimize these things based on data, which are specifically clicks conversations and strategy sessions and not emotions, right? We don't want you to
just be tweaking your logos or tweaking your graphics or tweaking your messaging without data to enforce or to inform those decisions. Okay. A few things that I also just want to touch on is focus is absolutely key to really creating creative that converts. So the more that you're focused, the better results you're going to get in terms of conversion. So in terms of optimizing your different profiles,
you need to eliminate all distractions. Every single element of your profile should be optimized to schedule a strategy session. That's it. So delete any irrelevant links or photos on your Facebook and also remove any unrelated job experiences on LinkedIn, right? So, you know, if you had a job a few years ago that has nothing to do with what you're doing today and it has nothing to do
with the transformation that you're providing for your clients, get rid of it. It doesn't matter. It's irrelevant. And that's really critical to making sure that your branding is converting. All right. So now let's get into Facebook. So there's there's five elements that are essential to create a highly converting personal Facebook profile. So first is your profile picture. Second is a cover graphic with description. Third is a
bio with another call to action for you to capture that prospect. Fourth is a featured image with again reinforcing that capture with another call to action. And then lastly is the link to that actual opt in method, that actual method that you're going to use to convert that prospect. All right. So here's a visual. This is this is an example of my profile. You can see here,
I have a profile picture that's, you know, relevant. I'm traveling. I have a nice scenic background. Secondly, I have the cover graphic here. I've added in some social proof and credibility as well as some personality, you know, I'm talking about hustling until you die. That's kind of a play on words and, you know, kind of a jab at some of the other players in the space. And
then again, the capture here is click to join the fam. So what I'm doing is I'm pushing people into my Facebook group. Okay. So what you could do is if you have a community, you can push them there. But more than likely what you're going to do is push them towards a lead magnet, you know, something like a value video or an opt in for an ebook
or something like that. Okay. Third is the biography. So I talk about exactly what I do. I help people start in scale agencies. And then I have a capture, right? I'm saying join the movement. And that is pointing down to this featured image, which again, is pushing people to join the Facebook group, which is linked here, which is number five. Okay. And then just going back to
number two here, the cover graphic, it does have also a description. So, you know, that's going to be very similar to your bio. So I'm saying look, join 1500 freelancers and agencies from all over the world, again, leveraging some more credibility to get people bought into to the values there. Okay. So just to expand on this a little bit more, you want to have a profile picture
that adds personality and credibility, right? So don't have just a stupid looking picture. You know, make sure that it also reinforces your credibility as an expert, right? Next is a cover graphic with a description that again includes a call to action that allows you to capture that prospect and ultimately convert them into a strategy session. Third is the biography with another method of capture, right? Again, we're
just reinforcing the same single call to action over and over again. And in this bio, you want to call out that specific transformation that you help with and again, reinforce your credibility. So a great framework to follow for this is I help niche to achieve desired outcome by, you know, your service, your offer, your system, right? And then, you know, learn how to achieve this desired outcome
by opting in below or downloading my ebook or joining my Facebook group, whatever, right? So just follow that. And I'm going to provide you with a cheat cheat that includes all of this very simply broken out in scripts and templates that you can use to take and optimize for your own profile. Fourth is a featured image with a capture. Like I said, so you want to have
a compelling graphic. And I'm going to show you another example shortly. And then lastly, for the link, you want to make sure that you're tracking those clicks, because that will allow you to understand, you know, what's resonating, what's not resonating, and figure out, you know, what needs to be optimized, because really what we're doing is we're creating a direct response funnel within your Facebook profile. Okay. So
this is Anthony, this is somebody that's implemented these different systems that we're taking you through. And you can you can see how he kind of does it here, right? So he has a, you know, a bright and engaging cover graphic that's telling you to click here to download my free Snapchat ads jumpstart guide. So what he does is he has, he has a course that he's selling
right now through his Facebook profile. Here you can see what that looks like when you click again, he's tracking the link here. He's reinforcing his credibility, saying over a dozen six and seven figure launches. So yeah, this guy's the real deal. I mean, he's generated over a billion dollars in revenue for clients. And I mean, this guy's just killing it. He's also, you know, he's saying he's
a father and husband, so he's relatable to people, which is, which is great. And also adding in some emojis, which are also helpful. He also again, he has a featured image down here, which again is just reinforcing that same capture method that we're discussing here. Okay. All right, so that is Facebook. Now let's dive into LinkedIn. And again, all of these things are going to be on
the cheat sheet that you can download beneath this video within this lesson. All right, so for LinkedIn, very similar sort of elements that are required. But first, we have a headshot. Next, we have a cover photo. Third, we have a headline. Fourth, we have a summary. Fifth, we have external media, which is, you know, linking out to different pieces of content, navigating to, you know, maybe it's
PR, we'll break down exactly what that looks like. And then lastly, is a company description. All right, so here's a look at one of our students, Greg, that's implemented this. This is what his cover photo looked like before. On LinkedIn, you know, obviously it's a B2B platform, so you want to really leverage any sort of credibility that you have if you have logos that are recognizable to
your target market, absolutely throw those in. Those are really great for conversion and really great for quickly establishing you as an authority figure. So here we have Greg, he's got a nice picture, big smile. Again, that optimized graphic. And then third, his headline is very clear, right? So he's head of growth. And he's helping experts get leads by launching or growing their podcasts, right? So he's very
specifically calling out who he helps, who he serves, and what that looks like. All right. And then there's a few more elements. So there's a summary beneath right around here, beneath your headline. And what you want to do there is again, you want to express your personality, you want to share your values, you want to use memorable language that again, is the language that your market speaks
in, right? That they resonate with. You want to also reference previous client results in case studies and again, establish that credibility. And then lastly, you want to have a very specific clear and compelling call to action to capture interested leads so that you can schedule a strategy session with them. Okay. And next is external media. Okay. So you can use this for a few different, a few
different ways to, you know, add some more credibility as well as some conversion methods. So what we recommend is using press features or relevant interviews again to reinforce your credibility as an expert and reinforce your credibility as a person that can provide that desired transformation to your target market. Secondly, any video testimonials or case studies that you have of, of previous clients that have successfully implemented your
systems or your methods or, you know, clients that you've gotten amazing results for. And then also is a lead magnet or an opt in. And that's what I'm showcasing right here. So we have a nice screenshot of an opt in page, as well as a short description down here, right? So my simple process for starting and scaling a six figure digital agency and lifestyle business, right? So,
you know, that's going to be, that's very targeted for my target market. And again, we're leveraging different pieces of credibility and social proof with these logos up here. And so for external media, this is, this is what we recommend using that works really, really well on LinkedIn. All right. And then lastly is the company description. So within the company description, it's a little bit different from the
personal summary, because, you know, it's more about specifically who your company serves, right? So first, what you want to do is you want to call out who you work with, right? And not only that, but you want to call out when specifically you work with them, right? What are the, what's the current state that they're in? And then through results and case studies, what's their desired transformation,
right? So this is an example of one of our clients here. You know, he starts up by saying, are you an e-commerce retail owner that needs more leads and opportunities? And then, you know, goes goes into reinforcing, you know, with some case studies, telling his prospects when exactly he helps people. So we help, we typically help owners before or right after they launch their Instagram accounts and
help them reach the right audience to generate qualified leads. So he's being very, very specific with, you know, that current state. And then through these testimonials, reinforcing that desired transformation, right? And then lastly, is the call to action. You know, so this can be as simple as send me a message or get in touch using the links below, which again, you can link to using the external
media feature on LinkedIn. Okay, another thing here that we found after testing is make sure that your company has a logo in the thumbnail, because that just makes it look a lot more credible versus just having an empty kind of placeholder thumbnail image. So that's that's an important thing to to set up. Alright, so that said, again, everything that we just covered is going to be included
in the branding for growth cheat sheet that you can download within this sorry, this lesson. So the action item first is to go ahead download that review. Everything start to finish. Secondly, go in and then customize those Facebook and those LinkedIn templates. So we're going to provide you with literally swipe files of the resources that you need to take and implement on your profiles. And then lastly,
is take that template, take those cheat sheets, and use them to update your Facebook and LinkedIn profile so that when we go ahead and begin your outreach, your profiles are optimized, and they're going to lead to much higher conversions. And that's what branding for growth is all about. Alright, so go ahead, implement those action items, and I can't wait to see the results that you guys get.
