Hey guys, Aporva Pandey here, and today I want to talk to you about your step-by-step evolution of implementing automated growth and growing your agency. And so we're going to go through, you know, where are you? We notice a lot of people that don't do well, they just don't know what stage of the business they're in, and that causes massive confusion in a lot of failed attempts. Next,

we're going to go over and of course success, like where you want to go from where you are right now. Then we're going to go over, you know, what's next, what's coming up. We're going to go over some principles, and then we're going to introduce you to automated outbound and creating your outbound growth machine. So this is step-by-step how an agency grows. So most people, they start

off here and they kind of just stay here. They're in the one-of-my-doing phase, and they work to make their own ends meet, and they kind of manage themselves, and there's not really much going on, they're just taking a bunch of different small contracts. You're probably not here because you're in this program, unless we really, really thought you had a promise. You probably are somewhere around here. So

either you're in the new beginnings area, so you're kind of raised for survival, you begun hiring, you're starting to focus on delivery, and cash load is a huge challenge. Or you're in the fire powder boat, where you're building management team, the agency relies on the owner, and that's really who's delivering stuff, and cash load is still a concern. Or maybe you're at the disruptor level, where, you

know, you're developing a protein and manage the business, and the cash load is no longer really a challenge, and more is better for you right now. And you're starting to get into this mode of where you're going to get a little overconfident and that's what brings a lot of trouble. And what's interesting right here is, you know, before you were kind of finding all the fires and

then making sure things were working smoothly, and now, since the team is developing, you've hired some people that are better than you, you being around is actually not that great, and so we want you to get the next level, which is the owner. So, you know, you're beginning to make some investments in systems here, so it's growth in marketing. You're kind of redefining what success looks like

long term, and you kind of have a rebirth of your identity. A lot of people do this through rebranding their websites and stuff, but you kind of decide, you know, who you want to impact in the world. And you're starting to settle down and get serious. And what we really want everybody to get to, what we're going to make sure everybody gets to, is the board member

level, where you're reaping the rewards. You've developed a system for an agency that allows you to both serve your clients and yourself in a really sustainable way. And the businesses run by a management team while sales and profits are growing. That's where we want you to be. And so there's really three main transformations that this program takes you through. It's the firefighter to disruptor, which is fixed

usually by automated appbound, which is the automatic generation of leads and sales calls and closing those clients. If you're at the disruptor level, then you want to, you know, switch to the new model. And that allows you to take a step back. You're not delivering everything anymore. You're letting go of your ego and you're allowing people to come in that are better than you, and they'll build

better systems than you. They'll probably be a little more organized than you, too, because they're probably doing a lot less, right? And then lastly, is the replace yourself transformation. And that's where you go from, you know, everything's kind of running on its own to really, really crushing it. And you know, that's the goal. So what we want for you at the end of the course is we

want you to stress test the entire thing. So we're going to make you book a seven day paid vacation where you're fully disconnected from your business. And we'll figure out a way to hold you accountable whether it's not letting you take your phone or what have you, we'll figure it out. You're going to log in, hand over all the login details and access to a trusted team

member to ensure you're not involved in team or client communication. So we'll make sure you're locked out. And then your business will continue to grow. So these will be generated calls we booked and your team will continue to deliver without your involvement. And then we'll celebrate. That's where we want to get you to. Just test it. When your business doesn't blow up, you'll have the peace of

mind and freedom. And you know, to be honest, it's seven days, nothing will really happen that badly if it does. But we're going to make sure that you can go off and take these times off that are desperately needed. Like we recommend one at least once a quarter. And so what's next? So if you identified with you beginnings, start getting laser focus on your client avatar and

figure out the problem that you're solving. Most people just don't have a specific problem for solving at this point. And go to the Q&A calls, ask questions, find out if you're specific enough. If you're in the firefighters stage, start ramping up AOB, identify the transformation that you've offered and quickly get out into the market way more so you can start hiring people that have fixed and prevent

the problems that are starting to show up and that you're having to put out. If you're in the destructor phase, you have to transform your agency model to the new model. So you stop yourself from destroying your own business. If entrepreneurs are phenomenal at changing markets, at building products, at growing things at a rapid pace, but when you're building a sustainable entity, it's not the greatest. If

you're at the owner level, you've got to replace yourself ASAP. So that way you can not only live a better life, but you can deliver more for clients in a much more sustainable way by you taking time off. You will be doing much more good for the world. It's very counterintuitive, but most of thinking time, and most big problems are solved during subconscious periods, while we're not

actively thinking about a problem. And so it really, really needs to happen. All right, a couple of principles to go over before we jump in, you've got to fall in love with your customer and not with your product. If you're talking about your product, if you're talking about your company, you're talking about what you're going to do, you're never going to kill it. And a really easy

way to stress test this is the party scenario. So when you go to a party and you start talking to someone, if they are talking about themselves or about what they do or about what they're doing, it's not very fun. Guys, there's no difference between a party scenario and talking to people online or just talking to people for sales calls. It's just not fun when you're talking

about yourself. So just get out of that. And a lot of you, you know, you're probably way past the stage, but we've got to reiterate this fundamentals are what ensure people do really, really well. Okay. Next is a 20% margin is the minimum to be truly healthy as a company. And I don't know about you, but I never strove to be minimally healthy. I'm assuming you're competitive

if you're here, because, you know, we screen people really, really well. And so 20% of, you know, guys, if you're below 20%, okay, we got to fix that immediately. You got to go ahead and cut some costs. If you're around 20%, it's okay. We got to get you over 50%. We got to get you a business that, you know, really serves you and, you know, you can

use to serve way more people. Next is your principles. You got to know your ideal customers, desires, and fears. You got to be able to write down, you know, a day in their calendar, because that's how you're going to reach them. That's how you're going to be able to speak to them. That's how they know you care is because, you know, you've gone out and done the

research and talked about people and you actually do want to improve, not just their businesses, but their lives. Next is never get trapped, never, never, never, never get trapped. The goal is to eventually hire an operations manager and then become a board member. Don't go backwards. Don't get trapped. That's a really big principle of ours. Okay, here's a quick intro to AOV. So you know, we want

to get you two and five clients a month and I'm going to kind of explain how it's done, what the expectations are, and then you got us the time to the work. It's really going to be the difference between you and others in this noisy world as if you just sit down and get the work done. So first we're going to go into what you're doing with

AOV. So you're going to first identify a niche and a niche is going to have a current state which is usually in pain. That's how you're going to, you know, start scaling up rapidly. And then you're going to identify a result for that niche and that's going to be the desired state. Now chances are, since you're here, you probably already have great clients that you can pull

back from and say, okay, where did they start off? What was their problem? And what was the result that we got them and what was the desired state that we got them? What you're going to be really good at doing after implementing AOV in this entire seven weeks course is identifying those two areas, having your client or prospective client identify these two areas exist and there's a

gap in between where they are right now or they want to be, and then positioning your offer in between that gap through the combination of messaging and your differentiation. That's what AOV is really about. The tool, the tricks, the tactics, that's all great, it all works phenomenally. But this is what it's really about, guys, being able to create that gap and then filling that gap with your

offer to solve their problem because it doesn't matter if you have the best solution in the world, if you don't have good messaging or a differentiator, you won't be able to do it. Doesn't matter if you're really good at messaging and they're differentiating. If you don't solve that problem, you will not get that desired result. So having these pieces is really what matters in automating your growth

and it's really what evangelize the market. It's really what gives your momentum. And so that's what we're going to focus on. So the next couple modules are going to be how to actually implement AOV, be necessary things you need to do to ramp it up, set it up, ensure that it's working every single day, ensure that you're iterating on it, measuring it, and running it like a

world-class sales machine. So I'm really excited for you guys to implement this. We love the thing. We use it ourselves every day. And it's really changed our lives, so we're so happy to be able to have you guys jump on. So I'll see you guys in the next module and get excited. It's time to get some stuff done.
