Ana y Matt LLC d/b/a 0 Hour
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of the application operated by Ana y Matt LLC d/b/a 0 Hour, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
1. The Service
We provide a client portal for business operations, reporting, and delivery of services under a separate engagement agreement between you and us. Where these terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement controls.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. Sign-in uses a one-time email link or Google OAuth; anyone with access to your email can access your account, so protect it accordingly. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at security@differenthunger.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Linked Financial Accounts
You may connect a financial account through Plaid Inc. By doing so:
- You confirm you are an authorized signer or owner of the account, or are otherwise permitted to grant access to it.
- You authorize us to retrieve account, balance, transaction, and account-holder information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: financial tracking and reporting, and calculating performance-based compensation where agreed.
- You agree to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy, which governs Plaid’s own handling of your information.
- You may disconnect at any time. Disconnecting ends future access; it does not reverse compensation already calculated and paid.
We do not initiate payments, transfers, or debits from a linked account. Access is read-only.
4. Performance-Based Compensation
Where you and we have agreed in writing to compensation tied to measured business performance, the amounts are calculated from the financial data you have authorized us to access, using the method stated in your engagement agreement. You may request the underlying calculation for any amount at any time. If you dispute a calculation, tell us within 30 days of the statement and we will review it with you before collecting.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Connect a financial account you are not authorized to access
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the application without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Use the service to violate any law or infringe anyone’s rights
Good-faith security research is welcome — email security@differenthunger.com first and we will work with you.
6. Your Content and Ours
You keep ownership of the business information, materials, and data you provide. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service. We keep ownership of the application, its software, and the templates, frameworks, and systems we use to deliver, other than deliverables assigned to you under your engagement agreement.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the application available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
8. Termination
You may stop using the application and close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment under an engagement agreement, or where required by law. On termination we revoke any linked account access and handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The application is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reporting and analysis in the application are provided for business decision-making. They are not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and they do not replace your own books of record or a licensed professional.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing anything, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by talking to each other for 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. For material changes we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
