find that you will end up making more money than you ever could have imagined the ability to evaluate your skill sets is absolutely essential without this you will not improve you need to be able to identify and audit who you are today and who you want to become in three months six months three years being able to

do that and being able to constantly build in systems that allow you to audit yourself and practice self-awareness are going to change your life in ways you can't imagine if we don't take control of our lives and our environments they will take control of us if you do not have built-in plans and structures for your life you're

lacking a strong foundation and will constantly be fighting for stability change is never a matter of ability it's a matter of motivation you need to first create a plan of action for the change that you're trying to implement and then have enough reasons for why this plan is so important that it is non-negotiable doing this and aligning

your day-to-day actions with the identity of who you want to become will allow you to push through the day-to-day obstacles that you will surely encounter you should never have to think a thought more than one unless it's enjoyable what that means is that for any sort of situations in your business and in your life that cause you

negative emotions create negative energy you need to create systems in place that will eliminate those from your day to day so that you're able to only focus on the things that will scale your impact and scale your business talent is a commodity talent is not what's going to separate you from 99% of people what's going to separate

you from everyone else is consistently doing the things that 99% of people are not willing to do so over the next few weeks over the next few months over the next few years when you come up against things that create a incredible sense of resistance within yourself wear that as a badge of honor because you're subjecting yourself

to the things that other people will not do and by forcing yourself into these situations you're going to end up living lives that other people will only dream of the single most powerful element of youth is that you lack the experience to know what can be done what that means is you may think that you're too young

or you're too inexperienced in reality those are incredibly empowering things that you can use as assets because you don't know what you don't know and that means that the sky is the [ __ ] limit so do not limit yourself set your goals ridiculously high and use your youth and your naivety as an asset and a way to empower

you to keep moving forward one of the most important transitions that you're going to make in this program and in your life is changing from freelancer and service provider to business owner and leader you need to become somebody that people respect and want to do great work for and there's two quotes that perfectly summarize this concept one

of them is that you don't build businesses you build the people and the people build the business in addition to that is to 10x your business 10x the capability of your people it's about empowering the people that you're leading and managing and it's not about just providing them with a brief and getting a deliverable from them it's

about much more than that it's about empowerment as freelancers as entrepreneurs as people that are daily hustling and grinding towards making our dreams of reality there is a crazy amount of emotions and just rollercoasters that we subject ourselves to but a quote that is always front of mine for me that really helps me stay centered and stay

balanced in every situation especially the ones that are seemingly negative is this quote it can only ruin your life if it ruins your character when you continue when you can genuinely believe that it completely changes every situation that you're experienced and allows you to view it as an opportunity to improve vice that I received when I was

struggling as a freelancer and just struggling to pay rent was this quote pursuing your passion is a luxury and in order to afford luxury you have to have a stable financial foundation that's what we're going to be providing you with this program but so much more than that I could not be more excited for the incredible results
