What is going on? I am Matt. I'm the founder and creator of Different Hunger and I wanted to thank you for your interest in joining the team um and immediately begin your training. So they these are the steps to uh become a team member um either for different hunger or for our studio partners. So two steps um

that unlock the third and final step. Step one, complete your zero hour training. So I have prepared a series of videos and activities and um action items for you uh to get acquainted with how we work, how we operate and who we are as a brand. Second step is to complete your zero hour certification. This will help

us understand that you are ready to implement uh and it'll allow you to get paid for a trial task, a trial project and finally receive your certification. Once you receive your certification, then you are eligible for part-time, full-time management and or partnership positions within Different Hunger and our studio partners. Um, and just to be very transparent, a

lot of people that join our team ultimately go off and work for themselves start their own companies, build their own firms and so we also have built that into the onboarding process and the journey um for all team members. So, um whether you want to just kind of become a career um worker or you want to get

some hands-on experience prior uh to going off and starting your own firm, um this is the place for you and we're excited to support you on your journey. So, a few quick things before we dive into um our brand identity, before we dive into the execution system, uh before we dive into the conversion system, and before we

dive into how we transform our users, uh there's just kind of some ground rules and standards and differences between how we operate versus most companies. So, first of all, Okay. Uh so we exist to help people escape the w the rat race because the traditional way to work uh the traditional model and path to success is completely

broken. Companies have not adapted their operating system for 2025 and for AI and for automation and this new world that we're living in. Um, and so most companies operate by the old operating system of more hiring, more hustle, more time, and more money to grow. Um, and this leads to almost 80% of employees feeling burnt out. Uh,

over 80% of businesses failing due to cash flow issues. I think it's more like 90% according to Forbes. Um, 72% of founders experiencing mental health issues. and uh among other things. Okay. And so our solution, the way that we work, the way that we help employees work and the way that we help founders and their teams operate

uh is called zero hour. And so zero hour is our operating system that we install and that we implement um that leverages more autonomy and more infrastructure to grow instead of hiring, hustling more time, more money. And so what this means, and we'll get into this at a very deep level, but at a high level, what this

unlocks is more fun, more flow, more trust, more productivity. Right? The traditional corporate environment is inhumane, obsolete, makes people feel like batteries, like in the matrix. Um, you know, you're just a battery, you're just a cog in a machine. And so, zero hour is the opposite of that. And uh it's powered by async autonomous operations that are

powered by mostly AI, mostly automation, mostly technology and software, and then a little bit of human. Okay, so let's break down um you know our standards a bit more. So here's what we do. We do three things. We execute. We reflect on our work and then we refuel. Refueling that's like, you know, taking a walk, that's hanging

with friends, that's working out, that's sleeping, that's resting. Those are the only three things that we do. What we do not do is we do not do HR. We do not do Slack. We do not do drama. We do not do politics. We do not do excuses. We do not do meetings. We do not do check-ins. We

do not do interviews. We do not do sales calls. We do not do complaining. We do not do notifications. And we do no micromanagement under any circumstances. So that's how we operate. If that doesn't sound like a fit, ciao, baby. Uh otherwise, let's keep diving in. So there are two sides of uh our standards because we are

human beings and we also occasionally are human doings. So on the being side what that means is that we need to treat our mind and body right. Okay. And so we do have wellness standards. If you become a team member, a dedicated team member, uh we expect you to uphold these standards, um not for our benefit, but

for your benefit because if you are not taking care of your mind and your body, um then you are not going to perform at your highest level. And so we will be providing you with complimentary content, resources, um support with all of these things. um just as a bonus just because we want more people on planet Earth

to be help happy, healthy, and peaceful. But that being said, we expect daily movement in sunlight. Second, meditate for at least five minutes daily. Whether that's breath work, um whether that's a walking meditation, whatever it is, take at least five minutes every day to clear your mind. Third, sleep. critical at least six, seven hours a night, ideally

eight. Um that's it. And then eating clean at least 80% of the time. Again, we're going to provide you with resources to help you with all these things. Um but this is critical. Secondly, execution standards. Um, if you ask questions that can be answered by ChatGpt, Google, or existing documents, you're not going to last long. Okay? Uh,

if you ask questions that can be answered, you're just you're you're dead to me and you're dead to everyone that we work with because uh, we just don't have time and that's not how we operate. Second, if anything is unclear, you must clarify things at the beginning, not after. We have a very intentional schedule and it requires

us to confirm and begin work on a not a strict schedule but you know once we start we start and there's no going back. Third uh 80% of tasks that are assigned to you must be delivered on time and 100% must be delivered on time within 24 hours. What that means? If we assign you a task and

let's say the world ends and you are late, well, you got to work late to deliver that within that 24-hour window. Okay? No questions asked. And if you are not willing to do that, you're not going to be surviving here. Fourth, you are always proactively looking for ways to improve our operations and system. And so, um, that

goes, you know, it's pretty straightforward. Fifth, um, this is a target, but you should aim for zero to one revisions. Um, aim for zero to one revisions on all deliverables. What that means is you are expected to deliver ready to approve work. Um, and you're not expected to deliver work that, you know, we need to really enhance

or revise multiple times. Um, if you repeatedly do not honor these standards, uh, if you miss deadlines, you need constant babysitting or guidance, then you just are not going to work here. And, uh, that's it's just as simple as that. You know, we're building autonomous operations. This is all about independence and autonomy. And so, uh, we don't

have time for babysitting. And if you can't meet these standards, then chow chow. All right. So, if you're still here, um, then that means you are the kind of person that I look forward to to potentially working with. Um, and so I'm going to end this video now, and in the next video, uh, I'm going to break

down more about who we are as a brand.
