so I just got back from an amazing trip to San Diego that place is amazing it was my first time there I think I went when I was like four years old but I was blacked out the whole time so this was my first real time to San Diego it was amazing went down to Tijuana did tequila
shots eight just ridiculous amounts of food and having multiple mojitos and margaritas for like $25 a person it's like dirt cheap down there so that was really awesome I went to Brendan Burchard high performance Academy that was why I was there our awesome reader Ana she hooked me up with a free ticket so that was amazing cruising
to the beach on my bike to him from half an hour just an amazing trip may or may not have smoked a little bit in an uber but when I got to tell my mom about that so don't worry and then popped up to LA my last day spent some time with mahkumat who was the former creative
director at Quest nutrition he just recently left quest to launch his own agency and also spoke with billionaire PA who is a former convict turned entrepreneur author and TEDx PT wealthy moms is this Oprah oh man that was it Oprah but she gonna call them tomorrow just two amazing interviews that I'm really excited to share with you
guys and I just wanted to talk a little bit about my kind of heat take away from Brendan's seminar because it was a really amazing experience was my first time going to a seminar I'd only heard about them watch them seen Tony Robbins documentary all that good stuff but it was just a really amazing experience to be
surrounded with so many like-minded people and the content of the seminar was was amazing for those of you who don't know Brendon Burchard he's just a world-class dude he has been featured by Oprah's been featured with Larry King the Dalai Lama anyone you name it my key takeaway from the whole four day seminar was that our potential
is truly limitless and yeah I know gag me right like all that inspirational BS but here's the thing so Brendon showed us three different pictures from his own personal journey and they were just really really inspiring and so I'll just kind of share with you what that was so Brendan showed us one picture it was him working
on his laptop in his girlfriend's bedroom and at that point he was completely broke off his ass he was struggling and he was just getting started his second picture was the very first seminar that he gave it was in the back of some shady hotel there were about 15 people there and two or three of those people
were servers and it was so lame they actually charged people coffee who attended the event so that was his humble beginnings and after that picture of Brendan then cut to another picture which was an arena full of 20,000 people and that was one of his most recent seminars and just to be able to see those pictures and
witness that transformation it was just incredibly inspiring because at the end of the day high performance is a matter of your habits it's not a matter of genetics and I mean you want to talk about examples Michael Jordan he didn't make his high school team and that's something that a lot of people kind of reference but then
they go on to think that people are just kind of dropped and boom LeBron James boom Michael Jordan but in reality those people have the world-class habits just to kind of further illustrate that point I was talking to mcih who again was the creative director at Quest nutrition when he was about 2425 which is a very senior
role for someone that age and I was talking to my said look man like how'd you get your start in design and he said I've been designing every single day since I was eight years old and I've been working on apples of them max since I was eight years old it was really just me chasing the passion
I can't want to create something right little did I know and they like turn into a lifestyle and that's just another perfect illustration of what it really takes to be world-class at your craft whatever it is you're working on it's all about those daily tiny consistent habits every single day which lead to those truly staggering results and
those are the people we remember and having Brendan show us those pictures of him just completely broke in a bedroom and then going from 20 person seminar to 20,000 person seminar it just really inspired me to take a step back and look at myself to be like like what can I not achieve what kind of not accomplished
and just looking at this sites growth I mean we went from Jun having 200 and subscribers to now almost a thousand and that's just a matter of consistently putting in the time and effort and work and trusting that that work and that effort is gonna pay off this whole kind of mindset is is what's termed the growth
mindset believing that your skills can be developed and the fixed mindset believes that your skills and your talent is fixed and so it's all about just kind of accepting that growth mindset and believing that your potential is truly limitless I just wanted to share that with you hope you enjoyed I stay positive have a wealthy day never
spend your present time with a person that you don't have a future with that is my takeaway from this interview have a wealthy day
Keep going
