[Music] in Fremont Park GAE in Madine a year ago when I was here in Colombia and I was broke I was trying to make my dream reality of working for myself I started reaching out to my role models and people that had already achieved the success that I was after and I asked them for their best advice
to their twenty-something self and at that point I was constantly searching for ways to make money a quick dollar because that's what I needed and I got this advice from Kevin Cruz New York Times bestselling author which completely changed everything for me it was life is about making an impact not making an income and ironically the more
impact that you make the more income you will see so don't think of a product or service that will make you a lot of money think of a market that you want to serve and that kind of piece of advice has just been tattooed on my brain ever since so the other day I walk into this store
it was a cool t-shirt store you know similar to what I'm wearing right now I got to talking with a guy who was there who turned out to be the owner so we got to talking I said Saul you intended Olaf mbn which is I'm also an entrepreneur and so we got to talking about our businesses and
I got to learn a bit more about what he does and I shared with him the concept for my new website under our philosophy I have that quote life is about making an impact not making an income so he's selling t-shirts he's selling clothes but what he told me after he read that quote was I'm not selling
clothing I'm selling experience cultural messages I love to meet people with similar mindsets of my own and we were able to instantly connect from the perspective that we are not trying to make a dollar we're not trying to just pay the bills we're trying to actually make an impact on people's lives just shows you that when you're
able to elevate your brand and elevate your business to a higher level and you're not just selling products and services but instead you're selling impact and you're selling the experience that comes with your products and services that is the holy grail that is when you're able to actually make an impact
