so I'm here with my girl hi um and I'm working with her right now okay will those dogs shut the [ __ ] up mate all right probably not anyways it's July 2nd so it's the beginning of the third quarter uh so I'm working with Anna Maria to basically systemize her her current uh business her her makeup studio she

has um and she wants to Launch a Blog as well uh because through her Studio she helps women look beautiful and she wants to empower them through her content to feel beautiful as well um so I'll let her talk a little bit about why she wants to do this hey you so yeah I want to do it

cuz I want to empower woman uh to find the inner beauty so they can project her true beauty outside but first you need to find your inner beauty and then uh work in the outside Beauty yeah so that's awesome um and yeah so basically right now she has a very successful business um but she's a little bit

caught up in the day-to-day operations she's working a lot she's dealing with setting up meetings and all that kind of stuff and as a business owner you know you really want to spend time only on the high value tasks um so stuff like that we're going to get off her plate and we're going to create systems for

all that um so that she's able to hand that over to her uh new director of operations and allow her to spend more time on growing this brand and and and like she said empowering women we got into this for the freedom and and we're we're building our dream jobs here so we should always be conscious of

how we are spending our time and making sure that it's fulfilling and exciting and and motivating so boom boom let's do it now we're getting started by basically doing an audit of her current business figuring out you know how is she currently making money what's her pricing structure what is she responsible for what's her team responsible for

what she wants to do and then what she doesn't want to do cuz you know look she's the business owner she should be the boss lady uh determining how she spends her time and and you know making sure that she's always having fun all right so my girl just went through um this document that I said up

and anaria tell us what going through this process has kind of shown you it's showing me that I do too much and someone like can help me easily here she kind of wrote out all the things that she was doing so she was re reviewing her agenda she was planning new classes she was taking appointments she was

doing social media she was doing makeup teaching sales sending information blah blah blah blah and what you see in red here are all things that I'm going to work with her to delegate to her team members because as a business owner uh you can't be spending your time doing tasks that are not going to grow the business

you know um so this exercise is really really helpful and anybody who's listening should absolutely do the same you know take an audit of how you are spending your time um so that you're able to visualize you know am I spending my time on on tasks that are going to grow my business or am I spending tasks

or sorry am I spending time on tests that I could easily Outsource for5 to 10 $20 um so it's just a really good exercise it provides a lot of insight and helps you get clear on you know what you should be doing in the business and I'm excited to see where she ends up in the next few
